Front of house supporting horizontal beam of balcony is rotting at corner end and requires checking and possibly replacement. Job is to look at entire front veranda wood work, which is treated pine and painted. Current jarrah flooring, Vertical supporting beam are in good condition. Ballastrade palling appears to be in good condition too.
