Extra support or beams in roof

Steven requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Ringwood East

Internal walls have been removed in our lounge/dining areas timber lintels have been installed to support roof loads.
Repairs will be required as some roof loads have not been correctly supported where alterations have occurred.
Timber props near the new beams need to rest on the top of beam and not nailed along the sides.
Where beams intersect a steel bracket with 10mm bolts is required to join beams.
The spacing between purlin props over our dining room is too great, possible recommendation of installing a cable truss.
Timber blocks are required under the ends of beams where they rest on the wall frames, braces are also required to prevent beams twisting.
