Our verandah has wooden railings, and one has fallen down (agh!), and a few others are looking to go the same way. Also, along one side of the house there isn't a roof over that part of the verandah, and the boards are starting to crumble, and probably all need replacing. I'd like to know a ball-park figure for the job, to see if we can afford to get it done.
