I’m an owner/builder looking for 1 or preferably 2 carpenters to work on a job that I’ve just received a building permit for. I will organise all other tradesmen that are required.
The job includes:
1) Small bedroom size storage room
2) New bathroom
3) Steel posts and supporting brace required.
I’m after 2 quotes.
1) Labour only (My preference)
2) Labour + Materials
You will need to have the appropriate insurances. This job is to start once I have displayed the Building Permit for the appropriate period and informed my neighbours.
