bifold doors are approximately 3350 by 2100. work exists of:
- widen existing opening (brick veneer) - remove existing window, cut brick, etc
- install steel lintel
- install bifold doors
- make good
- remove all rubbish
deck:
deck will be approximately 5500 by 4000. merbau decking (90 mm). railing of merbau posts ans stainless steel wiring. i can supply merbau.
looking for someone who can do whole job. references required as well as building license.
