Insulate and enclose suspended timber floor

I have an exposed timber subfloor and I would like to insulate and enclose with cement sheet or villaboard. Insulation batts will need to be installed followed by some sort of cement sheet to enclose it. Cement sheet should finish flush with the steel beams and all joints should be trimmed neatly with plastic trimming.
