I need to take out one wall in Kitchen and move a bit further (reclaim space from adjacent Laundry). Not sure if it is load bearing or not. Will be good if Builder can do related electrical switches and plumbing move. This is part of intended Kitchen reno. Also want to put one wall in another area to make extra room - 2nd one should be easier task. If Builder can do total Kitchen reno as well also good. Will need to move exhaust(rangehood), add Gas supply for cooking top, move points for Dishwasher etc.
