Internal wooden door repair panels need replacement, glass in top/middle section

Internal wooden door needs some panels replaced. the door has stained glass in the top and middle sections. the bottom of the door needs new panels due to extensive damage from our dog (some bits have deep scratches and other sections from the bottom are missing). the least cost repair the better, so the new panels don't need to be indentical to the old ones.
