I have an area (downstairs) in my house with an unfinished kitchen would like this finished off - some cupboards matched and installed with benchtop and shelf built for microwave. sink and fridge etc are there already. don't know if i need a fan extractor. don't plan a full stove but perhaps electric frying pan or some cooker thus the fan extractor. will need advice.
would like stairs leading down blocked off - perhaps with a door. door jamb would have to be installed - currently no door so requires some creative thinking perhaps.
also in my tv room. shelf installed and wooden blinds put on windows.
