I have a leaking window frame in my bedroom, which happens to be on the first floor of a townhouse.I believe this is due to 2 wooden horizontal beams having been worn out on the inside of the window frame.The leaks are most obvious with heavy downpours.I have tried using acrylic sealant products and most recently builder's bog without success.
