Merbau decking needs a service - basically it is 2nd hand and was laid as blocks over concrete/sand/soil beds over 6 years ago and nothing much has been done with it since! it came from an existing pool - cut up into manageable chunks - and relaid. i think it possibly needs to be re-lifted and re-laid/waterproofed as it is starting to wobble!! some general tidying up of the decking area required - a spray clean(?) and possible varnish to bring it back to normal. not obvious signs of rotting.
