Turning an existing large laundry into two smaller rooms - ensuite and smaller laundry. We need and existing stud wall removed and new one put in. Need existing door closed up and then a new door opening from the kitchen to access laundry plus another new door opening from the second bedroom to access the ensuite. We believe that the walls that we need work on are not load bearing. We will also need associated electrical works done. We have a plumber sorted. Catch is we need the work completed by end of first week in February - had someone lined up but unfortunately they can no longer do it. Thanks, Laura-Jo
