verandah - approx 3mtrs deep across the width of the house (approx 12 mtrs) - flat roof construction only. either box gutter to existing house or new gutters/downpipes also required. if you have access to electricians, also need powerpoints and lighting for verhandah area
decking to base of verandah (ontop of concrete slab), and an additional 8 sq mtrs approx (includes 2 sets of 2 steps) - decking to be completed using merbau
also, construction of small back shed (flat colourbond roof, paved base)
