WRITTEN QUOTE REQUIRED WITHIN 10 DAYS, so arrangement can be made asap. Job to be done within next 6 weeks. House is high set shamfer board. Open up closed in veranda and install balustrade and posts to support existing roof (added on and butted up to original gable). Replace two veranda supporting steel posts with timber - which will need to extend from the ground to the veranda roof once existing framework is removed. Size of veranda is approximately 6200mm x 2300mm, stairs contained within area. Part of veranda is enclosed by chamfer board external and fibro internal (with several small pivot windows), the rest is lightweight timber framing with shade cloth. Some other work may be involved also. House is tenanted. Please don't nominate for this job unless you are seriously interested in the work - prevents others from responding and wastes time. Value of work as per described above is around $5000 rather than $9999.
