Require quote on a large 2 level decking built to council requirements. Essentially a 2 level verandah, constructed with clear treated pine (minimum) attached to rear of house. Size approx 5x4 meters both levels. Second story will require balustrades ( no roofline). Ground is flat with good soil, staircase not required and can be supplied separately. Open to suggestions to improve build. We are currently building a new home and looking at alternative to a alfresco provided by builders under roofline in order to achieve a 2 story area to capitalise on view at rear of yard.
