Rebuild my lounge room
Bruce requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Castle Hill
1. Build brest work for gas fireplace. Have gas fitter from where I bought gas fireplace ready to connect flue etc etc and check before gyprock/villboard placed around fireplace
2. lay approx 46sqm of 130mm x 19mm T&G timber (one room)
Flooring to be secret nailed. Current floor is concrete slab
room is approx 10.2m x 4.2m not including bay window.
3. convert 1 sliding door into a swinging door.
4. Build seat/storage into existing bay window area.
Room is currently stripped back to the slab and painted. I am expecting to do some more painting and touchups after work completed.
