Would like quote to remove 2 walls (both approx 3.5m in length) to merge 2 rooms into 1 within an old Queenslander. Walls may be load bearing. Carpets to be removed and floor boards polished. Some of the area (3.5m x 4.5m) will require replacing floor boards (floor board width of 150mm). There is open access to floor from under house. Total floor area is approx 7m x 9m. A couple of other small jobs to replace rotting timber in several areas of the house.
