Flooring install is commencing on the 07/10 and need a small joining wall removed if it’s NOT a load bearing wall.
1. Quote if the wall is NOT Load Bearing including disposal of old wall and Schedule the work.
2. if the wall is load Bearing provides a quote only for the check.
Reviewing the property before the 01/10 can be scheduled with vendors Agent.

Wall has one electric to be moved to the joining wall.
