1. Remove and replace approximately 20 decayed weatherboards from side of house. Replace with pre-primed new weatherboards of same number and width made of either pine or hardwood (depending on availability or cost) that will withstand the weather.
2. Remove and replace decayed bathroom window casing, sill and ledge, and improve flashing. Replace with pre-primed hardwood casingthat will withstand the weather ensuring the window is visually the same on completion.
