We are having 128m2 of new flooring installed in coming weeks. Require all current skirting boards removed and disposed of. House has old solid timber skirting and also a mix of new style skirting boards. Removal with as less damage as possible to current paint and gyprock. All waste disposal responsible of trade.
2nd Part of job to return and supply and install all new primed skirting boards once floor has been installed.
