600mm x 600mm x 2100mm shower, villa board is damaged, water is getting behind board and starting to creep to plasterboard. Tiles are starting to pop off the wall. Existing tiles need to be removed from wall, villa board needs to be removed, timber stud work needs to be viewed to see extent of water damage to timber. Polymer sheeting will be installed over new villa board, existing shower base, glass and aluminium suite to remain.
