Remove small section of wall (approx 1.8m; not supporting; no asbestos).
Supply and construct small new walls (floor to ceiling; approx 1.1m + 1.1m + 1m; working neatly with existing carpet) inclusive of relocating power points and light switch.
Power points will be disabled in advance of job.
Must be willing and able to commit to firm May job date (after 10 am so can evacuate babies) at least 10 days in advance (so can coordinate electrician who will provide internal electricals but not reconnect power until after job complete).
Will need to place rubbish tidily where directed ready for removal.
Also invite quote for new external door wanted in June/July.
