Undertaking a small renovation on a rental property during the Christmas holiday period (mid/late Jan completion). Nothing structural/load bearing. Dividing a room in 2 - so framing, check sub floor, inserting cavity door, windows. Other minor works dependant on time. Approx 2 weeks work - 2 people (my best guess)
