Small area of timber flooring is very soft and has holes in need of repair - just in 2-3 boards. Floor boards are painted white with polyurethane layer on top - so once holes repaired the area would need painting in white, as well.
This job is a small repair job immediately, but will be a large job of more detailed repair and repainting of entire floor at end of year.
