Stairs from top floor have 9 treads, down to platform that has 2 flights of 6 treads, left and right. The left hand stringer on the top flight has rotted and needs replacing. This has been caused by movement at the platform point (end of the upper flight) pulling the stringers apart, rain getting in, and ants (black).
