A weatherboard house with a covered veranda approx 4x4m enclosed on three sides and has a corrugated iron roof draining into normal open gutters. With sub ground movement, the roof has become too flat and water is flowing back and leaking. We require a resetting of the fall so that the water flows to the gutter. We also require additional replacement of approx. 80m of gutter and down pipes with a precolored product.
