Rear decking in our townhouse requires repair - the original construction was of a poor quality and railings, posts and some slats require replacing.
good access to the deck from below to enable assessment of the scope of the repairs.
we are very flexible with the days this is repaired - generally someone is around most days.
there are a couple of other small jobs that needs to be done if interested, namely repairing the railings on an interior staircase and knocking out robes in a bedroom.
