One floorboard near a window has been rotting slowly (perhaps due to water damage) and is now rotted to approximately 15-20cm along. the nearby floorboards are also beginning to be affected. i would like the affected area to be replaced with floorboards that match as closely as possible. and possibly check to see if there is a leak that is causing the problem in the first place.
