Bottom section of the door is rotted out & part of the side.
Repair or replace & make adjustments. Door has an existing mortice lock & therefore the job may be alot easier to repair rather than replace if this is possible. I would also like the existing hinges replaced with stainless steel ones with non removable pins on all the french doors. There are four french doors in total. Some minor adjustments may be necesary to get all working smoothly.
