A termite inspection some time ago reveled three damaged roof trusses. There was some minor damage to a cornice. The situation appeared stable so action was delayed but now the cornice damage has extended and there has been a minor subsidence of part of the ceiling extending about 30cm in from the external wall. Budget may need to be flexible depending on amount of damaged discovered.
