1. Replace wood that supports Victorian Terrace house veranda (single story, 4.5m wide).
This isn't the veranda posts, It is just the wood supporting the tin. Install lacework on the wood.
2. Cover exposed brickwork with waterproof sheeting - approx 2 x 1 M - a fiddly job. Old renovation has left a single skin of bricks exposed externally surrounding the external hot water unit. Needs to be tidied up and covered to prevent water seeping through brickface
