Repairs to wooden veranda railings prior to painting and replacement of decorative uprights and some post trims. Also repair to small flight of steps and a few deck boards. We already have some replacement pieces and are happy to get more as necessary if easier. There are also some interior alterations for quoting (new small wall and archway). Would like work done ideally beginning of Jan.
