We have a few jobs - 1. the paint on the window sill in the bathroom has chipped and water is getting to the wood - need to have inspected before we have it repainted. 2. over time water has been getting in under the back door (which slants inwards) and has pooled against the skirting board, we need to have the problem fixed which will possibly involve raising the floor level and retiling then possible replacing the back door and skirting board. 3. once the back door is finished we need the last plank of the deck laid (approx 1/2m). 4. The merbu deck needs to be stripped (or lightly sanded), it has been stained different colours in an attenpt to match the original stain which faded (don't ask!!) then a section has been stripped. This needs to hapen sooner rather than later before the wood goes grey and we are stuck with it.
