I live in a terrace house that has ground floor below street level. i have got indications of damp on the front wall which will need to be repaired.
i would also like to look at possible rennovating another part of the house downstairs which may include knocking the back wall out and extending the bathroom and rennovating the kitchen.
this may mean the damp issue and renno require two seperate people?
