Deteriorated weatherboard allowed water entry into property, causing damage to easyVJ panelling. Requires replacement of weatherboard section/weather proofing and some sicaflex. Also, replacement of about 5m of 900m easy VJ panelling and two small sheets of play for the downstairs ceiling.

Also required - mould removal spray to remove built up mount as a result of the water entry
