Looking to replace two (2) hanging beams located above the kitchen and laundry. Hanging beam spans will be approx 5m, on a ceiling width of 4m. A skylight is also in the ceiling space.
Joists are 100x35mm, spaced around 600mm apart. 100x35mm
The current hanging beams finish above a laundry, with a span approx 3.5m, but as we will be removing the laundry, we will need the longer span to the outer wall of the house.
Roof space has direct easy access with a man hole. Beam ceiling.
