Replace decking and balustrades

Have an old mostly undercover back desk that leads from the house and overlooks back garden on the first floor.
The current deck is hardwood mostly undercover. Overall, it is around 9250 by 2700 with a side run of 5280 by 1235 (full dimension in the diagram). There are stairs leading from the lower level to the upper level at the side. Currently, the entire desk is surrounded by metal rails and posts some of which supporting deck roof.
The area that isn't undercover is rotting in certain areas both the boards and structural beams under it and some will need replacing. This is the reason for the task but while getting this sorted I want the following undertaken as part of the project:
Remove old deck
Replace and structural beams that need replacing
Remove old side deck (small walkway no longer needed measuring 5280 by 1235. This will not be replace but exposed are will need new balustrades.
Remove old metal balustrades all around.
Remove the old handrails all around.
Replace with new deck (hardwood please include in you quote)
Replace balustrades with gauge wire (I have this wire enough to cover area and fittings).
Replace handrail with 140 wide hardwood handrail (hardwood please include in you quote).
Cut post ends to 900 at either end of the deck (current there is privacy screens see pictures)
Ensure balustrades are to code for stairs
