Replace Eaves on Timber House - Brisbane

I require the replacement of the eaves on this house. The house is highset in front, and low at rear of house so you will need scaffolding. The existing eaves are old, warped and buckled - made out of 'holey' masonite I think. They need to be replaced with the modern equivalent, including a couple of vents. The house has a covered patio area in the middle (image the house is a U shape with patio in middle of U) which also requires the eaves to be replaced. This area has a peaked roof.
The house needs painting and this work needs to be done before I can paint.
