Replace facias & other timber

The house is a californian bungalow. One of four timber facias has partially fallen off. It and the the remaining facias will need to be replaced. Some of the supporting timber and some battens are rotten and will need replacing. Currently sarking is exposed and I require it to be covered ('v-boards' or fibre cement). There are other timbers which will need replacing. It is likely that the electricity supply will need to be disconnected for the work.
