We have concealed spouting/gutters and these all need replacing as they have started to rot in places. It's a single story house of about 20 meters long. There is a small section that is elevated above the single story of about 6 meters long. The garage also needs to be done which is about 7 meters long. We'd like to replace the redwood with treated pine.
