Replace garage floor boards
Andrew requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Ashgrove
Some of the garage floor boards have rotted and need replacing. Termites have been found and a termite protection system is being put in place. Once this is done we need someone to replace the boards on the garage floor. All of the timber is there, we've just run out of time before we move. The termite treatment will be happening very early Jan and then need tradesman ASAP after that so that the house can become available for rent. Would prefer someone to come Monday or Tuesday next week to quote and talk through the job before we leave.
