Part of the fascia is rotten. Do to the extend two large pieces (whole fascia) need to be replaced. The house is three floors high at this point. So there is most likely scaffolding required. Only quote if you are prepared to do a high quality job and use the best timber available for the job. The rest of the house is lower and the fascia seems to be solid, but needs to be checked if any parts need replacing.

I received a speedy reply and was visited by Marcus Builders. I was then supplied with a quote. I did not go ahead with the work because it was too expensive. Due to the height of the building I needed scaffolding, which made a small job into a very expensive one.

I didn't chose Campi property services because the quote was too expensive. I believe that was due to the cost of the scaffolding.
