Specific Job Details: Rotted veranda posts and support/fascia repaired/replaced. 2 posts and fascia are rotted. As these posts were detailed on site so its unlikely the same posts will be found. So I have decided to replace all posts. 3 full posts and 4 half posts. Also the hand and bottom rails may need changing subject to inspection. Images attached showing areas to be quoted and type of replacement posts I am thinking of. Can the quote please be for all labor and materials.
