Looking to have 6 verandah posts replaced. Posts are attached to the verandah beam with 2 coach bolts and at the bottom are attached to steel concrete mounted stirrups. Job involves propping roof beside post, removing bolts and existing post, making right angle cut out for verandah beam and mounting new post with bolts top & bottom. Posts and bolts will be provided so just require the labour. Must have appropriate roof prop to support while removing each post.
