Did a great job of replacing the verandah timbers at front with beautiful jarrah, however re-used the boards edging the timber and some of this was rotten. Main requirement was replacement of door sill - said he had trouble sourcing the sill and as the underneath was fine he should just replace the top part - I agreed. so replaced the top, but parts of the underneath were in fact rotten, so I had to spend the next day scraping this out and patching it. he also used round head screws in the top of the sill. so these now stand proud of the sill. Despite only doing part of what he quoted, the price remained the same. Got to admit, I was a bit disappointed.
