The rear deck measures approximately 15 x 18 feet and needs new joists. It's approximately 2 feet off the ground. I'd also like a quote for covering the area with a roofing material, such as Alsonite and replacing the current shadecloth to outside a nearby kitchen window. Another quote is required to erect a laundry landing (footings in place for uprights).
