Nick was polite, very punctual and got on with the job, finishing it in a timely manner despite bad weather. I had had a number of quotes and Nick\'s was by far the best and in closest keeping with my own research into the cost of materials. The edge of the deck he was replacing rests against an uneven rock retaining wall and I am very happy with the attention to detail that he applied in order to make the deck sit flush. Rubbish removal was included in the quote and the place was left pretty much tidy. I\'m happy with the finished job though there was a bit of an issue with the downspout very close to a joist; this had been punctured with a nail during the job and I had to get a plumber to seal the leak.

By my own request I only spoke to Deck\'s R Us over the phone. I gave the job to somebody else but I found this company friendly and helpful to speak to.

It was a number of days before comfort living got back to me and by this stage I had already given the job to one of the other contacts. Apparently this was due to a delay in receiving notification of my job.
