I have double hung sash windows in a queenslander (federation period). the lower sashes work (although some are more difficult to open than others) but all upper sashes are painted in. i wish to have the sashes repaired/renovated including replacement of window frames and panes if necessary. i also wish to have glass panels above internal doors replaced.
