Restumping
Matt requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Hobart South
Restumping at one end of a room approx 2.9m wide. No access from underneath so floorboards will need to be pulled up which I will do myself, I will also lay new boards myself. Currently original brick piers and would like replaced with treated pine stumps.
Also have two other rooms on same side of house which have been leveled but stumps were not replaced. House was jacked up and blocks put under the bearers. Would like this inspected and stumps replaced if required. These two rooms can be accessed from under the house.
