Small bathroom requires replacement of rotted wooden floorboards

Bathroom size is 2 x 1.5 m. Some of the rotted boards cross into the separate toilet by approximately 10cm. We have taken up all the floor tiles and will be removing the bath for access. Happy to discuss whether to replace with boards or sheeting, as the final result will be sealed and tiled over.
